Madonna Guild Blood Drive is on Thursday, June 19th, from 12:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. To schedule your lifesaving appointment, call 877-258-4825, scan the QR Code, or visit www.vitalant.org. We will have sign-ups after all the Masses on the 14th and 15th.
INFORMATION FOR DONORS: Donor Preparation:
• Drink plenty of water prior to donating
• Eat prior to donation (no fasting)
• Bring Photo ID reflecting first and last names.
• Visit restroom prior to beginning the donation process.
• Donors may take their health history the day of donations – see below.

Regarding Fast Track: Simply log on day of donation and follow the prompts. When completed either print out the QR code or snap a picture of the QR code for our staff to scan during their intake interview.
